Terms of Payment Portal Use

Snow & Sauerteig LLP is a law firm engaged in debt collection.

By using this Payment Portal, you authorize Snow & Sauerteig LLP to initiate electronic payments using the payment method you provide in the amount you authorize.

If a processing error occurs, you authorize Snow & Sauerteig LLP to initiate any electronic credit or debit reasonably necessary to correct the processing error.

This Payment Portal is provided as a convenient method for making payments on account(s) that have been placed with Snow & Sauerteig LLP for collection. You may have multiple accounts available for payment through this Payment Portal, including multiple accounts for the same creditor.

By submitting a payment, you represent that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction and acknowledge that you may be responsible for any overdraft, non-sufficient funds (NSF), or other fees assessed by your financial institution.

By using this Payment Portal, you acknowledge that you are making a payment on your own account(s) or that you are an authorized third party making a payment on behalf of the account holder.

If you voluntarily provide Snow & Sauerteig LLP with your cellular telephone number or email address, you consent to receive communications regarding your account(s) or payments through those methods, as permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our office.

Payments submitted through this Payment Portal are subject to verification and processing. A payment is not deemed received or accepted until it has been successfully processed.

Payments received through this Payment Portal will be applied in accordance with applicable law and any applicable payment plan agreement.

Snow & Sauerteig LLP reserves the right to reject, cancel, or reverse any transaction it believes is unauthorized, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Use of this Payment Portal is voluntary. Making a payment through this Payment Portal does not, by itself, create a payment agreement or payment plan. Any payment arrangement must be separately approved and confirmed by Snow & Sauerteig LLP.
